The Scientific Library of the National Mining University of Ukraine, the oldest Ukrainian mining educational institution, in collaboration with the Swiss Open Access Academic Publishing House SciPress Ltd., participates in the International Open Access Week 2017.

The 10th International Open Access Week takes place all over the world on October 23-29, 2017. The Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition SPARC® has announced the theme of this year's «Open in order to…». The theme of this year is an invitation to answer the question of what specific benefits can be realized through open access and making the results of scientific studies openly available.
