Have you ever come across paywalls when conducting your research?
Learn about open access tools such as Unpaywall, Open Access Button, and Google Scholar that can help with locating legal versions of scholarly articles beyond UCLA Library licensed collections. In this hands-on workshop, participants will use each tool to locate articles behind paywalls and explore which tools are most useful for different types of research. Bring a laptop and receive help with installing these browser add-ons.
Presented by Tony Aponte, Science and Engineering Library, and Simon Lee, Powell Library
Held in the Presentation Room on the first floor of the Charles E. Young Research Library
