Last year I created an OA portal for the UJ Sciences users. Suggestions and recommendations are welcome: http://ujscienceslibrarynews.wordpress.com/open-access-oa/

Allison - Gr8 idea the MoU signing ! And nice poster !!
Comment by Allison Fullard on September 22, 2010 at 4:13am
Sorry, let me explain
ICS is our campus IT division. The MoU is the Memorandum of Understanding (Service Level Agreement) that we've brokered with them for ensuring technical support of the Repository (storage capacity, backup, disaster recovery). By making it a ceremonial affair, we're underlining the importance of it!

We're still finalising the script for the play but it's been really fun so far!
Glad to hear that some Stellenbosch University folk are attending - thanks for the support!

Congratulations with the launch of the UWC repository Allison! This is great. I like the way you involve all staff members (incl. faculty librarians). This is a great team effort!
