As part of International Open Access Week the Library invites you to a siminar on Open access publishing, the ARAN repository and using Unpaywall to read research papers for free.
The session will give an overview of Open Access Publishing (Green and Gold), the University Policy on Open Access to Research Outputs, the benefits of making your publications available on the ARAN repository and using unpaywall.org to read research papers for free.
This event marks International Open Access Week 2017, a global event now in its ninth year, is an opportunity for the academic and research community to continue to learn about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to helpinspire wider participation in helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research.
