Event Description

You are about to embark on a new academic career. STOP. Experience the perilous process of publishing in this dangerously team-based board game night at the Information and Library Science Library in Manning Hall! In celebration of Open Access Week, the featured board game, “The Publishing Trap,” will walk players through what it takes to make their research known. This open house event is co-hosted by the Scholarly Communications Office of the University Libraries and the Information and Library Science Library of the University Libraries. Attendees are welcome to bring additional board games to play as well.
