The library is continuously working on the most comprehensive, openly accessible and high-quality transformation of Hamburg's cultural and scientific heritage into digital form possible. Retro-digitisation is geared to the needs of science and education as well as to the public's interest in the visual, artistic and written material stored in the cultural and educational institutions of the Hanseatic city. togther with participants we will dicover some gems of Hamburg's rich cultural heritage.
