Dr. Victoria Henson-Apollonio, independent consultant on intellectual property (IP) and technology transfer (TT) matters. She is the Co-Manager of the National Partner Initiative (NPI). From 2004-10 Dr. Henson-Apollonio was Senior Research Officer and Manager of the CGIAR-Central Advisory Service on Intellectual Property (CAS-IP).

Kent Mewhort, lawyer at the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) at the University of Ottawa and the project lead for Creative Commons Canada. Kent also oversees CLIP, the CIPPIC Open Licensing Project.
