Please plan on joining the Upstate New York chapter of SLA (UNYSLA) as we dig deep into the evolving world of open access.  Open access content, free to the end user, affects publishers, authors, and institutions. In this program we’ll view open access from their perspectives, learn how they make the business case for open access content, what people are doing to promote and support open access, and see where the future may take us.

Now that open access has become an established trend, discover what makes open access successful, what does not work, and where we are heading next. We hope to see you there!

SLA Members: $50
Non Members: $65

Students/Retired/Unemployed: $35
