The audio recordings and slides of Open Access Week @ AIMS are now available on the Agricultural Information Management Standards (AIMS) website.
Open Access specialists Jean-Claude Guédon (University of Montréal), Alma Swan (SPARC, Key Perspectives Ltd), Enrica Porcari (CGIAR) and Wouter Gerritsma (Wageningen UR Library) started the event giving rich and clear presentations about their work in the field of Open Access & Agriculture. They were followed by 9 shorter webinars about projects and initiatives promoting Open Access in various parts of the world. Making Agricultural Research Information Publicly Available and Accessible
As part of the CIARD Movement, AIMS organized during Open Access Week 2012 a series of webinars on the theme "Making Agricultural Research Information Publicly Available and Accessible". The event has been co-sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Global Forum on Agricultural Research (GFAR), the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and the International Association of Agricultural Information Specialists (IAALD).
