The Work and Family Researchers Network (WFRN) is an international membership organization for scholars, practitioners, and policy makers dedicated to understanding work-family challenges and helping to form solutions.  The WFRN has a freely available research repository, the Work and Family Commons, which is the only one of its kind explicitly dedicated to this field of study.  In honor of Open Access Week, we're using the Web and social media to encourage our members to upload their work to the Commons and to make use of its growing content.  (See the post  here.)
