Internet Archaeology is a hybrid Open Access journal. But in a bid to demonstrate our intent, as of January 2013 all content in issues 1-21 has been made Open Access.
Content in later issues are a mix of OA and subscription, but increasing numbers are Open Access because their authors (or more usually their funding/sponsoring body) have been able to fund production costs (it is journal policy to enable OA on all content when article development costs are met). Our longer term aim is to make Internet Archaeology a fully OA journal.
