I am managing a european research infrastructure project (consortium of all neutron and muon research centres in Europe)
We would like to create an OA repository for NEutron scattering related publications.
We know that Particle physics and medical research center did so already.
We would like to know what the major bottlenecks are and how we can overcome them.
