What are your goals for OA Week?

To commemorate the Open Access Week in October 2012, We plan to organize a 2- days conference. I was preparing for a call for paper and wanted to align our theme with OA Week Theme. I could not find the theme for this year on the web, please help me with the theme for this year so that I can complete my call for paper and send it to the prospective information professionals, researchers and other stakeholders.
