we hope that many of scholarly scientists and scholars in Korea would share and discuss the strategies, policies, and international collbaboration for open access to information.
So we're preparing the Open Acccess Conference on October 22, 2010( during OA week ) at International Conference Center, the National Library of Korea in Seoul, Korea.
