Advocating for Open Access - to both academic literature and primary research data - is one of the primary foci of our (relatively new) organization. My goals are to expand my own knowledge of open access resources, so that I can be a better Open Access advocate, and to network and introduce as many people as possible to the existence and mission of ISISci.
