Panel to announce campaign of OA, within the V Latin America and the Caribbean Social Science Conference (Cochabamba, Bolivia, October 2009) sponsored by the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) with participation of more than 200 directors of social science institutions from 21 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. And presentation of CLACSO-REDALYC portal with a collection of 100 full-text journals from 21 countries of the region.
