Para un "Open Access" en intercomprensión
 Estimados colegas :

For an “Open Access” in intercomprehension
 Dear colleagues,
” Open Access” is a means of scientific information flow adapted to the needs for development of research. But it does not solve the problem of the languages in production and dissemination of knowledge. Could we imagine open access arrangements which make it possible each one to expose its works in first language (or in the language of its choice)?
Tools supporting training with mutual comprehension exist (http://www.redinter.eu/web/), the addition of Google translator in the platforms of exchanges seams simple and fast. Multilingual terminological data banks are developed in some countries (http://www.btb.termiumplus.gc.ca/didacticiel_tutorial/francais/leco...)

I'm curious to find out what blog platform you have been utilizing? I'm experiencing some minor security issues with my latest blog and I would like to find something more risk-free. Do you have any solutions?

Hi there! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about creating my own but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? With thanks
