UBC Okanagan faculty, students, staff, and community members are invited to join our Provost and invited panel consisting of Dr. John Willinsky (Stanford University), Dr. Lawrence Berg (UBC Okanagan Faculty) and Laura Thorne (UBC Okanagan Campus Library) in a lively discussion on the Open Access movement.
