Event Description

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Library & Information Centre co-organizes with Open Knowledge Greece an Open Access Week 2019 event.

The talks that will be hosted involve: fake publications and predatory publishers, AUTh Library services to people with disabilities, open access issues in Physics, and equal access to library collections and services.

The second part of the event is kindly supported by ActionAid Hellas and it will host the first European screening of the Change the Subject documentary. This documentary presents how a library cataloging term became a flashpoint in the immigration debate on Capitol Hill.
