International conference will be held on Friday, the 28th of October. The main topics of the conference are will be: the experience of different organizations and countries in implementing Open Access principles; Open Access regulations; Open Access in Estonia. The conference will culminate with a panel discussion. The conference will be held in Estonian and English; simultaneous interpretation is available into both languages. The conference is sponsored by the Research and Innovation Policy Monitoring Programme.
