DESCRIPTION:The plan is to make use of major contributors of the insti
 tutional repository (IR) in each faculty to advocate for OA publishing
 , thus igniting the interest of other faculty staff who have not publi
 shed the OA route. The strategy is to have an OA exhibit in each Facul
 ty, the Faculty Librarian collaborating with the major contributors to
  the IR as exhibitors. Top ten IR contributors and most accessed artic
 les will be showcased. Live demonstrations of the IR and OA journals w
 ill be conducted. OA promotional materials will also be distributed. T
