 esearch and library communities in Azerbaijan to create and establish 
 working models of Open Access journals and institutional repositories.
  Therefore, we intend to make progress by\n\nencouraging Khazar Univer
 sity academic community to publish their work according to the princip
 les of the open access;\ndeveloping Khazar Journal of Humanities and S
 ocial Sciences  and other university open access online-journals in o
 rder to maintain the standards of quality assurance and good scientifi
 c practice;\ndeveloping open access Khazar University Institutional Re
 pository .\n\n \nTranslation the Berlin Declaration on Open Access fr
 om English into Azeri by Khazar University staff will help academic in
 stitutions, research funding agencies, libraries in Azerbaijan to more
  clearly understand the advantages of worldwide free and unrestricted
