DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, Alireza Salehi Nejad elaborates on the c
 oncept of open science, what encourages authors to choose open access 
 publishing, and explores whether there are any specific points to cons
 ider when opting for OA publishing.\nIn recognition of Open Access Wee
 k 2018 (22 – 28 October), this workshop covers some components of op
 en science, remarks the challenges specific to open access, and illust
 rates the ways in which the new technology and tools can improve resea
 rch in terms of collaboration, efficiency, and productivity.\nThe work
 shop participants will further their comprehension of open access with
  a clear understanding of the potential matters they should consider w
