 ed by the University Libraries and the Department of Communication, to
  hear our student panelists discuss the challenges, merits, and future
  of open access publishing. The event will be held on Wednesday, Octob
 er 23, 2013, 12:00 – 1:15 pm in George’s on the third floor of the
