DESCRIPTION:Open Access Week is a global event providing the academic 
 and research community with an opportunity to learn about the potentia
 l benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with collea
 gues, and to help inspire wider participation.  The theme for this ye
 ar is \"Open for Collaboration,\" focusing on the collaborative potent
 ial of openness. In that spirit, we are inviting representatives from 
 across the OCAD U community to share their thoughts, concerns, and exp
 eriences with open access. Topics will include the Tri-Agency Open Acc
 ess and Open Data Policies, the OCAD U Open Research Repository and it
 s e-theses collection, and open access initiatives in other institutio
 ns. \nOCAD U Open Access Week events are taking place in The Learning
