 to promote Open Access Week, October 18-22, 2010. Kicking off the week
  will be a talk by Heather Joseph, Executive Director of SPARC on the

 olarly Communication\". This talk will be held in the Mason Hall Audit
 orium at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 18.\n\nOther events include:\n\nIn

 uesday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.\n\nScientists Talk About Open Access.
  Hear Dr. Harold Varmus and Dr. Cameron Neylon talk about their views 
 on Open Access. Dr. Varmus helped start both PubMed Central and the Pu
 blic Library of Science (PL0S). Dr. Neylon is a UK scientist who write
