  21-27, 2013).  These webcasts will explore major issues and opportun
 ities of Open Access and Open Educational Resources.  Each session wi
 ll feature an internationally known promoter and developer of open acc
 ess and open educational resources research or ideas. Topics will incl
 ude the following\n\nthe state of the art in the distribution of e-tex
 tbooks;\nopen access books in the K12 schools of Brazil;\nthe open acc
 ess situation in Canada;\nMOOCs and the open access movement;and\nthe
