 search and Scholarship, along with our friends at Columbia Libraries/I
 nformation Services, will be out on campus on College Walk all week (O
 ctober 21-25) from 9am-4pm talking to students, faculty, and staff abo
 ut open access, its benefits, and why it's relevant to them. We'll als
 o be asking folks to sign a petition in favor of an open access resolu
 tion for their department, which calls for faculty to make their resea
 rch articles freely available to the public through online repositorie
 s, such as Academic Commons, Columbia’s open access digital reposito
 ry. Oh, and we'll be making buttons and giving out an absurd amount of
