 aculty and graduate students will hear updates on the 2013 Executive D
 irective on Public Access issued by the White House. The Directive req
 uires the results of taxpayer-funded research – both articles and da
 ta – be made freely available to the general public with the goal of
  accelerating scientific discovery and fueling innovation. OER (Open E
