SUMMARY:Launch of Open Science e-learning courses
DESCRIPTION:FOSTER, a project funded by the European Commission from 2
 014-2016, has been actively identifying and collecting online Open Sci
 ence training resources and supporting a variety of training programs 
 covering the entire academic ecosystem of stakeholders. These events h
 ave in turn added valuable materials to our collection of resources us
 ed in the e-learning courses.\nDuring Open Access week 2015 we launch 
 our first set of of e-learning courses now available on the FOSTER por
 tal. The self-learning courses focus on the topics “Open Access in H
 orizon2020”, “Repository compatibility with Horizon2020” and “
 Open Science to Research”. The courses have been created by FOSTER p
 artners and offer a variety of options to get to grips with each topic
 : short video presentations, background reading and self-assessment te
 sts.\nNot sure if e-learning is the right method for you? The first tw
 o courses will be held as moderated courses in November: 16 to 20 of N
 ovember for “Open Access in Horizon2020” and 23 to 27 of November
