 tors, and scholarly societies, all of whom are exploring how the trans
 ition to Open Access affects scholars and researchers at different sta
 ges of their careers. The panel will discuss the role that institution
 s central to a career in research can play in supporting and rewarding
  early career researchers in making their articles and underlying data
  openly accessible. The forum will be moderated by early career resear
