 he local #OpenMovement community in Cambodia is hosting an event title
 d 'Open Access Week 2013 in Cambodia' in Phnom Penh. #Cambodia will be
  participating for the first time in this week-long, international ce
 lebration.  WHAT: Open Access Week 2013 in Cambodia WHY: Be part of th
 e global Open Access Week 2013 celebration. First time for Cambodia to
  participate with the aim to connect the dots of like-minded people, o
 rganizations concerning Open Movement. To promote Open Access and othe
